Annual Fund

Unrestricted gifts to the Annual Fund allow FBC Sonshine Academy to continue to meet strategic goals—including continuing to enhance the student experience, maintaining competitive salaries for our talented faculty and staff, and building a diverse global community while providing a potential tax benefit for donors.

The Academy encourages donors to participate by contributing according to financial capability. Donors with the capacity to do so are encouraged to make leadership gifts. Every gift, no matter the size, makes a difference.

Our Annual Fund helps to bridge the gap between tuition and fees and the day-to-day operational expenses. Your donations work towards balancing our budget.

You may donate online via PayPal to support FBCSA.

The Annual Fund is only used to balance our standards operating budget. The annual fund goal for the 2024-2025 school year is $50,000 does not include “unexpected” maintenance or repairs nor does it include capital projects such as the buidling of new classrooms.

For the 2024-2025 school year, tuition at FBC Sonshine Academy covers 73% of the cost to educate students who attend FBCSA. We rely on the support from our community and fundraising from the FBCSA PTO to fund the remaining 27%. The deficit or gap between the cost and tuition and fees is roughly $3,000 per student. Your investment in the Annual Fund supports every area in the school's operations: faculty and staff salaries, academic programs, technology enhancements, facilities, curriculum and much more.
